Telmara Ducklings - Telmara Duckings have been producing the very best fresh ducks and geese for the wholesale and Restaurant trade for over 30 years. The birds are born on the farm in the rolling countryside of Northwest Essex. Here they are raised until slaughter-in a caring, natural environment, to ensure superb quality control, love and attention. This regime produces a beautiful tasty and tender product, whilst the location means we can keep the food miles to a minimum.

Poultry - The majority of our fresh English Poultry, Chickens & Turkey (Burlton Farms, Hertfordshire) are English. Our Ducks are Silverhill (Eire), Gressingham Ducks and Tamona, both from the UK. Corn Fed Chickens, Guinea Fowl and Poussins are mainly French due to their superb quality and consistency. The French Poultry is sourced from SNV, a speciality producer based in Brittany, who deliver to us twice or three times a week. All of our poultry cuts are butchered here on the premises, ensuring freshness and quality.

If you return any product with which you are not completely satisfied, we will give a full refund.

Your order will be delivered directly to your door by express courier in purpose designed insulated boxes with ice packs. This form of packaging has been designed to keep your meat at correct storage temperature for at least 24 hours. Meat should be transferred to your own refrigeration upon receipt.

Generally, orders placed by 11am Monday to Thursdays will be prepared and despatched on the same day and delivered the following day. Orders received after 11am will be treated as if received on the following day. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be prepared and despatched on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday.

We will delay the preparation and despatch of orders if next day delivery is not possible due to public holidays.

Our delivery charge is £5 per delivery regardless of order size and this will be added to your bill automatically.

Saturday deliveries can be arranged, but these are charged at £15 per delivery. Please tick the Special Saturday delivery box on the order form otherwise your order will be delayed to the following week. Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed by 11am Friday at the latest and neither Friday nor Saturday can be a pubic holiday.

Goods will be delivered to the postal address as typed onto the order form. Where delivery cannot be made as no one was available to receive the goods, the consignment will be returned to the carrier's local distribution terminal and a notification card left at the delivery address. It is the responsibility of the consignee contact the depot and to collect the goods promptly. Risk of loss or damage of products passes to you on the date of the first attempted delivery to your given delivery address.

If you have not received delivery of your order or a notification card, please email details to us on the Contact Form and we will check with our courier. Please read section above concerning delivery period as your delivery may have been postponed to enable next day delivery. A full refund will be given in the case of non delivery due to fault by ourselves or our carrier.

We expect to be able to supply all of the items lists on this website on a daily basis. In the unlikely event that we cannot supply an ordered item we will contact you by telephone or email and offer an alternative product or a refund.
