Upon receipt of these products we rotate these goods in our fridges so that we can guarantee they’re hung for a minimum of 21 days. By hanging meat for this long, especially beef, we can ensure the final product reaches you at the optimum condition, virtually guaranteeing full flavour and good eating. Ribs of beef, topside, silverside and rolled sirloin are great for roasting and the fillet, rump and sirloin steaks are fantastic either grilled, fried in the pan or on a nice summer’s day on the B.B.Q. Our lean braising steak, dice beef and stir fry beef are ideal on a chilly day in a casserole or pie.
