Our lamb is either English or Welsh. We treat the lamb in exactly the same way as the beef but we don’t hang our lamb for quite as long, 7 days normally. If you are looking to impress why not try one of our French trimmed racks of lamb possibly the best and sweetest cut of lamb for a dinner party or special occasion. For ease of carving we have boned & rolled or Carvery legs of lamb for your weekend joint. For the mid-week meal we have diced lamb for curries or casseroles, Barnsley chops or leg steaks which can be cooked on the grill or in the pan.
