We mainly use fresh English Poultry e.g. Chickens & Gressingham Ducks, however our Corn Fed Chickens and Guinea Fowl are French due to their superb quality. The French Poultry is collected from Smithfield Market in London daily. All of our poultry cuts are butchered here on the premises, ensuring freshness and quality. For dinner parties, try our French trimmed Chicken Supremes and for mid-week meals the stir-fry or diced chicken are a healthy option both quick and easy to prepare. If you are looking for something slightly unusual try our corn fed chicken or Guinea Fowl and if it is duck that you’re looking for we use plump fresh Gressingham ducks. You might pay a bit more for these birds but they are worth every penny! If you want something for the B.B.Q we have oyster cut thighs or drumsticks with an array of flavourings and marinades, such as Honey and Mustard, Lemon and Black Pepper, Chinese, Tandoori, Rosemary and Garlic and many more.
