All our sausages are produced here on the premises using only the best Devon pork cuts and put into natural skins then hand linked. We make a large variety, from the good old-fashioned breakfast sausage to the hot Mediterranean style sausage. For an alternative we also produce Chicken and Tarragon or Apricot, Steak and Guiness, Beef and Mustard, Lamb and Mint or Rosemary. All our sausages are ideal for grilling, frying or the B.B.Q.
