Thatcham Butchers work with some of the Country’s top chefs and establishments on a daily basis. This is due to our reputation and consistency of cutting, packing, presentation and delivery of our product which is always set to highest standards from all departments. Consequently trade continued to increase and by word of mouth Thatcham Butchers have become leading catering butchers within the industry. This reputation has been further enhanced with the introduction of a Himalayan Salt Dry Ageing Chamber which we had installed in the middle of 2016.
Our mince beef is perfect for a whole range of dishes. coarse cut with 15% fat, it is packed with flavour, making it a great base for chilli, lasagne and even for making your own burgers.
